Right before the end of World War II, Rosemary sends a "Dear John" letter to her serviceman boyfriend. At a graduation dance right after the war ends, Rosemary and her new boyfriend are murdered with a pitchfork. Decades later, the first graduation dance since the unsolved murder is planned. A maniac wearing a World War II combat uniform shows up once plans for the new graduation are agreed upon. The madman launches a rampage of violent killings and his hidden motive is slowly revealed.
