Watch Opera

Opera is an Italian horror movie that was released in 1987. The film involves a young opera singer who is injured in a car crash and then returns to her singing career after recovering. However, in a strange turn of events, a murder takes place in the theater. The woman then has to suffer a strange killer murdering those around her. This has a huge effect on the girl’s mental health, and the killer eventually kidnaps her. This involves having the killer put needles over her eyes in order to force her to watch him kill her friends.

Opera was written and directed by Dario Argento, and is based off of a story that was also written by Dario Argento. The young opera sings is named Betty, and she is played by Cristina Marsillach. The film also features Ian Charleson and Urbano Barberini.
