This film tells the story of a detective who has grown used to seeing some unbelievable things and unspeakable crimes throughout his line of work. He has dealt with some of the most dangerous men around and very little seems to rattle him these days. His latest assignment calls for him to investigate the murder of a heroin addict. The story itself is not so shocking to the young detective as he has learned to teach himself that such gruesome sights are just business. However, what bothers him is the fact that this heroin addict is somehow connected to his fiancée.
