Rancher Talion returns home to find his wife and children have been murdered by the devious Ike Slant, in retaliation he hires bounty hunter Benny Wallace to track down Ike and kill him. Along the way Talion and Benny are joined by a woman and her young son on their quest, who form a trusted backup after a series of incidents leave the two men injured. Talion has his gun hand injured during a shootout and Benny is blinded, the two men must then work together to overcome their difficulties and defeat the dangerous Ike.
