This documentary claims that all art is subconsciously driven, that even the act of removing graffiti from a wall is a form of art, subconsciously driven. Evidence is given that provides some basis for the idea that one's subconscious can sometimes create art from the act of repressing or censoring another's artistic expression, especially when it is on public surfaces not belonging to the graffiti artist. It shows this anti-graffiti movement is becoming an important vehicle for new artists, in our time, in the study of constructivism, and abstract minimalism. It is a film all about creativity in the human psyche.
