The musician Kazuya performs almost exclusively in Sapporo, Japan. Nobody doubted his band Phool would make a successful major debut. However, they broke up. Kazuya started a solo career. Kazuya has been unemployed for 20 years, his days filled only with music. This is a documentary following the life of an unsuccessful musician as Kazuya releases his new album after a 10 year blank.
