Watch Ukranian Brides

This documentary discusses Israeli men that travel to the Ukraine in search of young brides. Taking place in the year 2000, the documentary watches as four young Israeli men court and get to know many Ukrainian women before settling on one that they wish to marry. The two set a date and the men come back to take part in a Ukrainian ceremony before taking their young brides with them to Israel. The couples have only known each other for a short time, but are about to make one of the biggest decisions of their young lives. The maker of the documentary wonders if these couples will be able to overcome their multiple challenges in a cross continental marriage or if they are doomed from the start.
