Watch Vadaladu

Vadaladu is a Telugu-language horror thriller movie that released in 2019. The movie was directed by Sai Sekhar and produced by Ranganath under the banner of Sri Vaishnavi Creations. It stars Siddharth, Catherine Tresa, and Kabir Duhan Singh in the lead roles. The plot of the movie revolves around a young man named Dr. Manoj, played by Siddharth. He is a happy-go-lucky person who is a food blogger and also owns a restaurant named "Nachiketa Natraj" in Hyderabad. One day, he meets a girl named Rhea, played by Catherine Tresa, at a party, and they both start hanging out together.

As their relationship progresses, Manoj suddenly starts experiencing strange and paranormal activities in his restaurant. He hears voices and sees the ghost of a little girl in his kitchen. Things further escalate when his customers start complaining about the food being contaminated and developing various ailments after eating at his restaurant. Manoj begins to realize that something sinister is happening in his kitchen, and he seeks the help of his friend, a preacher named John (played by Sathya).

With John's help, Manoj discovers that the restaurant's previous owner, a man named Yeknath, had sacrificed his daughter to attain success in his business. The daughter's spirit is now haunting the restaurant, seeking revenge for her death. Manoj and Rhea then go on a mission to uncover the truth behind Yeknath's atrocities and put the ghost to rest.

The movie is a blend of horror, suspense, and thriller, with a good mix of comedy interspersed throughout the story. The lead actors, Siddharth and Catherine Tresa, have done a commendable job in their respective roles. Siddharth, in particular, has carried the entire movie on his shoulders with his effortless and convincing acting. Catherine, too, shines in her role as the strong and supportive friend of Manoj.

The movie does a good job of keeping the audience hooked with its well-timed horror sequences and unexpected twists and turns. The director has done an impressive job in building the tension throughout the movie, and the climax is a fitting end to the story.

The music of the movie, composed by SS Thaman, is also a highlight, with several catchy tracks that blend well with the story. The cinematography by Chota K Naidu is stunning, with some beautiful shots of Hyderabad, especially Charminar and the Old City.
