Yo-Yo Girl Cop

In this violent and stylized Japanese action movie, a school girl is recruited by a secret police force to stop a student anarchist movement. They arm her with a weaponized yo-yo and send her to an elite high-school where she is expected to discover and defeat the anarchists.
