Before they take on the truly terrifying under icer swim after which 3 will become 2, they must survive the snow cave that they must build themselves.

TV gardener Charlie Dimmock has been taken to the expedition medic to check out her knee after she picked up an injury on the last leg of the expedition. Everyone speculates on Charlie's fate, no one wants her to leave. The celebrities gather and meet Paddy and Charlotte to hear news about Charlie.
