Back to Rosa's investigation, she comes face-to-face with the race organizers who threaten her to keep quiet. However, she is resolved to keep digging deeper, and when she teams up with the police, they discover a shocking truth about the drugs that were being used. The drugs not only increased the horses' speed but also made them more aggressive. The rider who died wasn't the only one who was killed; there were several others who met the same fate because they could not control their horses.

Rosa's persistence leads her to a woman who was involved in the horse-breeding company, and she reveals a significant piece of information about a person who was responsible for several kidnappings and murders in the town. Rosa connects the dots and realizes that this person might be the one who knows where her daughter is.
