The episode begins with the Ohranger team undergoing a military simulation training exercise under Commander Miura. The team is understandably shocked and distressed by the announcement. However, they quickly realize that Commander Miura is under some kind of mind control. They investigate and discover that Baranoia, the enemy organization they have been battling, has developed a mind control device that allows them to manipulate the thoughts and actions of their enemies. They confront Commander Miura and manage to break the mind control, but they are left with the looming threat of the public execution.

As they prepare for the worst, the Ohrangers begin to reflect on their past victories and what they have been fighting for. They remember the innocent people who have lost their lives at the hands of Baranoia, and they renew their commitment to protecting Earth and its people.

The day of the execution arrives, and the Ohranger team is brought to a public square in chains. The crowd is mostly made up of Baranoia soldiers, who are cheering for the execution to begin. However, there are also a few civilians in the crowd who have been coerced by Baranoia to attend. The Ohrangers are forced to stand on a platform with a noose around their necks.

As the executioner prepares to pull the lever, suddenly a group of children burst onto the scene. These children are survivors of the Baranoia attacks, and they have been inspired by the Ohrangers to fight back. They rush the platform and surround the Ohrangers, shielding them from harm.

This act of bravery inspires the civilians in the crowd to join in the fight. They begin to throw anything they can find at the Baranoia soldiers, taking them by surprise. The Ohrangers are able to break free of their chains and join in the fight.

The battle is intense, with the Ohrangers and their new allies taking on the Baranoia soldiers. However, they are outnumbered and outgunned. Just when it seems all hope is lost, the Ohrangers receive a message from Dorin, their alien ally. She informs them that she has found a weakness in Baranoia's weapons system, and she is sending them a new weapon that can neutralize it.

With the new weapon in hand, the Ohrangers are able to turn the tide of the battle. They destroy the Baranoia weapons system and drive the soldiers back. In the final showdown, the Ohrangers face off against Baranoia's leader, Bomber the Great. Though he is a formidable opponent, the Ohrangers are able to defeat him and secure another victory for Earth.

The episode ends with the Ohranger team reflecting on the events of the day, and thanking their new allies for their bravery. They also vow to continue fighting against Baranoia until they have achieved true peace for Earth and its people.
