Crossroads Gallery is a dramatic web series created and produced by Barewitness Films. The show features an ensemble cast led by Mark Rachel and Matthew Gardner in the lead roles. It is a character-driven narrative that revolves around the intersecting lives of artists, curators, collectors, and art enthusiasts who are all involved in the world of contemporary art.

The story takes place in a small gallery in the heart of Los Angeles, where seven diverse artists are brought together to showcase their work in a group exhibition. They come from different backgrounds and have different artistic styles, but they all share a passion for creating art that speaks to the soul.

As they prepare for the show, tensions rise amongst the artists, and personal dramas and rivalries begin to unfold. The tension is further heightened when each artist discovers that the gallery owner has secretly invited a renowned critic to attend the opening night, which could make or break their careers.

Mark Rachel plays the role of Dave, an abstract expressionist whose paintings explore the dark side of humanity. He struggles with addiction and depression, which he channels into his art. Dave has a complicated relationship with his ex-girlfriend, Emma, who is also an artist.

Matthew Gardner plays the role of Jack, a photojournalist whose work documents social injustices and cultural phenomena. He is passionate about his art, but his dedication often puts a strain on his relationship with his wife, Lily, who is also his business partner.

Other characters in the show include Nicole, an emerging artist exploring the intersection of art and technology; Chris, a street artist whose graffiti art challenges societal norms; Maya, a mixed media artist; Liam, a surrealist painter; and Mira, a minimalist artist.

As the opening night approaches, personal and professional conflicts come to a head, and the artists must confront their fears and insecurities. The show explores themes of identity, creativity, ambition, love, and loss, and offers a glimpse into the complex world of contemporary art.

The cinematography of the show is visually stunning and captures the essence of each artist's work. The music is haunting and atmospheric, adding to the emotional depth of the story. The writing is sharp, insightful, and authentic, and the performances by the cast are outstanding.

Overall, Crossroads Gallery is an engaging and thought-provoking show that will appeal to fans of character-driven dramas and contemporary art. It offers a unique perspective on the art world and the people who inhabit it, and leaves viewers with a sense of hope and inspiration.
