Rosie and her friends have a new adventure waiting for them in the twenty-fourth episode of season two, titled "Racetrack Rosie." The episode begins with Rosie and Raggles playing hide-and-seek in the garden. Raggles hides behind a bush, but as Rosie counts to ten, she accidentally jostles a birdhouse, causing it to fall. Luckily, Rosie catches it before it hits the ground, but she discovers a surprise inside - a race car. Immediately, the two friends become engrossed in imagining the possibilities of having their own car to race around the garden with. However, the car is missing its engine, and they come up with a plan to get one.

Rosie decides to speak to Will, who is an expert in fixing things, to see if he can fix the car engine. Will agrees and gets to work on it, but it's a big job. While they wait for Will to finish, Rosie, Raggles, and Big Bear get busy turning the garden into a racetrack. They use marbles as obstacles, and they even make grandstand seating out of pebbles. Finally, Will finishes the engine, and they install it into the car.

Now comes the moment they've all been waiting for - the race. Everyone is excited, especially Rosie and Raggles, who can't wait to see the car in action. The race begins, and the excitement is palpable. However, things quickly take a turn when the car comes up against a steep hill. Despite all their best efforts, the car gets stuck halfway up, and they can't get it moving. However, Rosie refuses to give up, and she comes up with a plan to help them win the race.

They decide to use Rosie's bubble blower to create a trail of bubbles leading all the way up the hill to the finish line. It's a risky move, and they're not sure if it will work, but they have nothing to lose. Rosie takes the wheel, and Raggles sits next to her, ready to blow bubbles. They start driving up the hill, and the bubbles start trailing behind them. As the car reaches the halfway point, they start running out of bubbles, but then Rosie yells out to her friends the direction to blow the bubbles as she turns round and gives them a wave. The refuel works and the car speeds up quickly. The bubbles create a smooth path, and the car sails up the hill, winning the race.

Everyone is thrilled that they won the race, and they celebrate Rosie's wacky idea. Even Big Bear, who was initially hesitant, enjoys the fun and congratulates Rosie and Raggles on their win. They all agree that it was a fantastic idea to use bubbles as a trail, and Rosie is excited that her plan worked so successfully. They drive the car back into the garden, and Rosie carefully places it back in the birdhouse, ready for the next time they want to have a race.

"Racetrack Rosie" is a fun, action-packed episode that features a lot of excitement and adventure. The storyline is engaging, and the characters are relatable, making it an excellent episode for preschool-aged children. The episode's themes of perseverance, determination, and creativity are also great lessons for young viewers. All in all, "Racetrack Rosie" is a great episode of Everything's Rosie that will keep kids entertained and engaged.
