James Martin is joined by Michelin-starred chef Gareth Ward. They arrive in the beautiful Welsh Cambrian Mountains, where they drive through breathtaking scenery in James's Mini. They take a trip to one of the highest apple orchards in the UK, where they taste the delicious "Mountain Cider" and Gareth feeds beer to local Wagyu cows!

20. The Shetland Islands

August 17, 2020

James visits a place he's always wanted to see - the beautiful Shetland Islands. James gets to hire a vintage car to explore the area, where he learns about traditional fish salting and cooks a tasty vegetable curry at a local social enterprise project. Later, he learns all about Shetland community spirit and cake at one of their famous Sunday teas.

19. The Isle of Skye

August 10, 2020

James takes a magical trip to the stunning Isle of Skye, where he's joined by Tony Singh. Tony visits a local bakery, which doubles as an art gallery and learns to make the local oatcakes. James is inspired by the amazing local seafood and cooks up a tasty dish using plaice and lovage. Their day comes to the perfect end aboard a boat, where they spot dozens of dolphins.

18. The Cairngorms

August 3, 2020

James takes a trip to the stunning Cairngorms National Park, where he's joined by chef pal Nick Nairn. Among today's adventures, they visit some friendly reindeer and brave the rapids on the River Spey when they go whitewater rafting. James takes a quad bike through the ancient pine forests, where he meets up with a farmer and his special breed of Highland cattle.

17. The Royal Scotsman

July 27, 2020

Top Scottish chef Nick Nairn joins James. They start their journey in Edinburgh, where they board the iconic Royal Scotsman train. They take in stunning and diverse views as they travel from Edinburgh to the Cairngorms. James cooks a classic dish on board the train and they end their journey with a fantastic meal in the classic vintage restaurant car on the train.

16. Northern Ireland 2

July 20, 2020

James Martin is joined again by Paul Rankin as they explore more delights in Northern Ireland. James and Paul visit Wasabi Crop, one of the only Wasabi farms outside of Japan. Will they be brave enough to try the fiery produce? After the tour, James cooks in the beautiful countryside while Paul heads off to meet Jilly from Yellowdoor to learn all about her honey produce.

July 13, 2020

James is joined in Northern Ireland by his good pal and local boy, Paul Rankin. They brave the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge together, then James cooks a tasty fish dish with the dramatic coastline as his backdrop. There's a fishing trip over to Rathlin Island on the menu too, where James tastes some dishes made from the local kelp.

James is joined by Michelin-starred chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen, and they pay a visit to the Isle of Man during the famous TT race warm-up week. James serves proper biker food - pork burgers with a spicy apple sauce, while Lisa visits some local organic juice producers, before joining his friend and TT legend John McGuinness at the preparation for the TT race.

13. Northumberland

June 29, 2020

James is joined by chef Kenny Atkinson as they set out to sample the delights of Northumberland. They learn how Mead is made on Holy Island, James cooks up a Singapore-inspired dish on a stunning beach, and then they both enjoy a Puffin cruise at Cockett Island. There's a trip to a lobster hatchery, too, before James cooks local specialty Singing Hinnies on another breathtaking beach.

12. The Lake District

In this episode, James visits the stunning Lake District, where he is joined by top Michelin-starred chef Clare Smyth. James visits Clare's meat suppliers, the Lake District Farmers, while Clare learns the secret of the Lake District's famous sticky toffee pudding. They both visit the Windermere Jetty Museum and are treated to a trip out on Lake Windermere on a traditional steam-powered boat.

James returns home to his native Yorkshire, where he is joined by chef Brian Turner. James visits Frances Atkins' beautiful restaurant, The Yorke Arms, where he enjoys her signature dish al fresco. Brian tastes the delights of some Yorkshire charcuterie and later they both take time out, where James brushes up on his clay pigeon skills and Brian is challenged to some off-road driving.

10. The Peak District

June 8, 2020

James visits legendary chef Tessa Bramley, at her beautiful country house restaurant, The Old Vicarage. Tessa learns to make local Peak District delicacy Derbyshire Oatcakes, while James goes foraging for elderflowers in the historic Eyam woodlands. Then James takes part in the pub's annual World Hen Racing Championships.

James teams up with top chef Stephen Terry and takes him on a fun boys' day out! They start by driving through the Allt Mountains in the Brecon Beacons to admire the surroundings. Meanwhile, Stephen visits a rather large flock of lambs and feeds them too! James and Stephen round off their trip by visiting legendary Barry Island, where they experience all the fun of the fair.

James is joined in Oxford by two Michelin-starred chefs. First, James and Monica Galetti explore the historic city of Oxford. James takes a cruise along the river and visits Medley Manor Farm, a pick-your-own with a history. Before finishing his trip, James visits the world-famous Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons to catch up with his old friend, legendary world-class chef Raymond Blanc.

6. Dorset

May 11, 2020

James and Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth meet at Salterns Marina and jump aboard the luxurious Princess Yacht to explore Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island. Paul pays a visit to Dorset Vinney to learn about the famous Dorset Blue Vinny cheese and James stops at The Salt Pig to chat with the owner about his passion for local produce and meets his herd of Mangalitsa pigs.

5. Guernsey

James and his wingman, top chef Mark Jordan, hop aboard their motorbikes again to discover the wonderful island of Guernsey. They sample a local specialty, Gache cake, a seafood platter fit for a king and James uses Guernsey's wonderful dairy produce to make a delicious creamy rice pudding. Finally, James and Mark set themselves a fishing challenge by attempting to catch the "King of the Sea".

James is joined by Michelin starred chef Mark Jordan as they explore the delights of Jersey on mini motorbikes. James samples one of the island's most famous exports, the Jersey Royal potato, using it to create a squid risotto with a twist. Meanwhile, Mark sharpens his skills with a lesson in oyster shucking, and James discovers another local specialty - the rich and indulgent Jersey black butter.

April 20, 2020

James is joined by Michelin-starred chef, Simon Hulstone. They drive through Torquay, looking out to the Riviera and along the South Devon coast. They coast along Ilsham Marine Drive taking in the sights, celebrating Devon and all that its stunning coastline has to offer. Simon Hulstone pops into one of his cheese suppliers - Sharpham, while James visits a unique mushroom producer.

2. Cornwall

April 13, 2020

James is joined by top chef Galton Blackiston. They're in beautiful Cornwall, with its stunning sandy beaches and amazing food producers. They visit the famous Newlyn Harbour, taste award-winning ice cream and buy some local fish to cook with on the pier. James informs Galton of his 4 a.m. start the next day to bid on fish at the famous Newlyn Harbour fish market.

James visits the spectacular islands located off Cornwall in the Southwest of England. He's met by Michelin-starred chef Galton Blackiston, on a golf buggy (one of the best ways to get around). James sends Galton off to find out how Scilly salt is made and James hops on a boat to visit a small duck farm on the island of St Mary's. They finish the show snorkeling with native seals!
