Jimmy heads to St. Pete, on Florida's West Coast, where he sets sail with skipper Mark and learns all about a local delicacy before attempting to catch one.

Heading to Florida's East Coast, Jimmy's journey takes him to New Smyrna Beach, where he tests his limited surfing abilities in the Atlantic waves, and then meets local chef David for a culinary lesson in classic Southern Grits.

Jimmy starts his Florida adventure in Pensacola, where he explores the city's culinary scene with chef Blake and uncovers the Southern delicacy of boiled peanuts.
