Anita and Cameron are a couple from Donvale, VIC who have been living in their current home for seven years. Neale's vision includes removing unused spaces to make way for a new guest bedroom, creating a new outdoor entertainment area and turning the garage into a playroom.

At the same time, Andrew is on the hunt for a new home that will meet the couple's needs. He takes them to tour three properties in the area that he believes could be contenders. While all of the homes have their appealing features, it's clear that each one has its own drawbacks. One home has a heavily sloping backyard that would be difficult to use, while another lacks the office space that Cameron needs.

With the renovation underway, Neale and his team begin tearing down walls and installing new features. As they work, Anita expresses concern that the budget may not be enough to bring all of her design ideas to life. Neale reassures her that he will prioritize the most important improvements, but is confident that the end result will be a beautiful space that the couple can't wait to show off.

Meanwhile, Andrew's search for a new home is coming to a close. He brings the couple to the third and final property - a spacious home that fulfills almost all of their must-have features. The home has a large yard for the children to play in, plenty of natural light and a spacious home office for Cameron. However, the home is a bit further from their current location and lacks the charm and character of their existing home.

As the final decision approaches, both Neale and Andrew have put together strong cases for why the couple should love their current home or list it for a new property. The couple weighs the pros and cons of both options before making their final decision.
