As Lupin and the gang continue their mission to steal the Queen's Crown from the Monaco Casino, they are interrupted by a group of armed men. It turns out that these men are part of a secret organization known as "The Dream of Italy," and they too are after the Crown. Lupin and the others manage to outwit the organization's leader, a woman named Emerah, and successfully steal the Crown. However, Emerah isn't one to be taken down so easily, and she unleashes a powerful weapon that threatens to destroy the entire casino. Lupin and his team must act fast to stop Emerah and save everyone before it's too late. Meanwhile, Inspector Zenigata is hot on Lupin's trail, but finds himself in a dangerous situation when he too becomes caught up in Emerah's plot. With the clock ticking, can Lupin and the gang save the day once again?
