Ep 12. Guided Muscle

In the Road Runner & Coyote season 1 episode 12, titled Guided Muscle, the Coyote decides to use a set of rocket-powered roller skates to catch the Road Runner. The Coyote straps the rocket skates to his feet and secures a guiding mechanism to his head to direct him towards the Road Runner.

However, as with every attempt to catch the Road Runner, nothing goes according to plan. As the Coyote rockets down a hill after the bird, he begins to gain too much speed and loses control. The Coyote tries to slow himself down but is unsuccessful, and he ends up colliding with a tree.

Determined to catch the elusive Road Runner, the Coyote tries his luck with another scheme. He attempts to catch the bird by using a large magnet attached to his back. The Coyote creates a fake ostrich, complete with an iron head, to attract the Road Runner. As expected, the Road Runner falls for the trap and approaches the fake ostrich, but the magnet ends up attracting everything else but the bird - from street lamps to a train. The Coyote's attempts to catch the Road Runner come to a screeching (and rather comedic) halt.

Undeterred, the Coyote comes up with yet another scheme to catch the Road Runner. He constructs a rocket-powered skateboard and sends himself hurtling towards the bird. As the Coyote races towards the Road Runner, the skateboard falls apart, leaving him to plummet towards the ground. Luckily, he falls into a passing truck filled with feathers, giving him a soft landing. However, the Road Runner once again manages to evade him.

The Coyote's final plan involves a set of diving fins that are rocket-powered. He plans to dive into a bird bath and catch the Road Runner. However, as with his other attempts, the Coyote finds himself uncontrollably speeding towards his target. As he reaches the bird bath, he realizes it's dry. The Coyote crashes into the ground in a comical display, yet the Road Runner once again manages to escape unscathed.

Overall, Guided Muscle is a typical episode of Road Runner & Coyote, filled with comedic moments and creative schemes that ultimately fail. While the Coyote is determined to catch the Road Runner, his misguided attempts only lead to his own comedic destruction. The episode is sure to elicit plenty of laughs from viewers of all ages.
