Runaways Season 1 Episode 4 Escapees

After discovering their parents are part of a secret, malevolent organization known as the Pride, the Runaways have managed to escape them. They are now on a mission to find out more about their parents' activities and put a stop to it. In episode 4, "Escapees," the Runaways continue to navigate their newfound freedom while dealing with the consequences of their actions.

Alex, still struggling with feeling left out amongst the group of friends and wanting to prove himself, decides to go undercover and infiltrate his dad's office. Meanwhile, Karolina, excited about her newfound abilities, experiments with her powers but quickly learns that they come with some unexpected side effects.

Chase, still reeling from the discovery that his father is a supervillain, attempts to process his emotions through physical means by working on a new invention. Nico, determined to find out more about her sister's death and her parents' involvement, takes a risk and sneaks into their home to look for clues.

Molly, the youngest of the group, struggles to keep up with the older teens and their complex situation. She feels left out and like a burden to the group, but her strength and loyalty prove to be valuable.

The episode also introduces a new character, an LAPD detective named Flores, who begins to investigate the disappearances of the teenagers and their possible connection to the Pride.

As the Runaways continue to search for answers and a way to stop their parents, they must also navigate their own inner conflicts and newfound abilities. "Escapees" is a tense and emotional episode that sets up the Runaways for even more danger and obstacles in the future.
