It turns out that Penelope has a crack in her chest, and her delicate mechanism has been damaged. The dolls are worried, but they know just who to turn to for help – the doctors at St. Bear's Doll's Hospital!

When they arrive back at the hospital, the dolls explain the situation to Dr. Teddy and Nurse Nessie. Dr. Teddy examines Penelope carefully and determines that she needs surgery to repair her mechanism.

The other dolls are nervous, but Dr. Teddy is calm and collected. He explains the procedure to them and tells them that he'll do everything he can to save Penelope.

The surgery is intense, but Dr. Teddy and Nurse Nessie work together to repair Penelope's mechanism. It takes several hours, but finally, the surgery is complete, and Penelope is wheeled out of the operating room.

The dolls greet her with cheers and hugs, and Penelope is overwhelmed with gratitude. She thanks Dr. Teddy and Nurse Nessie for saving her life, and the two doctors simply smile and tell her that it's all in a day's work.

As the episode draws to a close, the dolls gather around Penelope, chatting and laughing. Millie tells Penelope about all the amazing tricks she saw at the magic show, and Penelope listens with rapt attention.
