William "Brotha Bill" Jones returns home from a 24 month prison sentence determined to pick up where he left off. A man adored by the community, a successful business man who owns the most successful night club in the Midwest. Detective Johnson is out to prove that Brotha Bill is nothing more than criminal and finally put him away for good.
