His wife, Hong Ja-young, begins to suspect that he may have had an affair with Dong Baek, which adds more strife to their already rocky marriage. The pressure of keeping their secret threatens to tear them apart, and Kang must decide whether or not to come clean about his past relationship with Dong Baek.

In addition to the drama between the characters, this episode also tackles some serious issues such as mental health. A character who suffers from depression is shown dealing with his illness and trying to find help. This storyline is handled with sensitivity and brings awareness to the importance of seeking help for mental health issues.
