Chris Wilkinson is a personal therapist who lives in the paradise that is Honolulu, Hawaii. Even if he wanted to, Chris can't seem to find the time to relax. After a series of drunken nights out on the town with his old buddies, he meets an attractive young lady named Marissa. Marissa proceeds to show Chris that perhaps he could use some therapy of his own, and the two embark on numerous vacations throughout the islands. Just as they are beginning to fall in love, Chris makes a major mistake involving his ex-girlfriend and works to reconcile the situation to keep Marissa around.
