Settai is a 2013 Tamil-language comedy film directed by R. Kannan, starring Arya, Santhanam, Anjali and Hansika Motwani in lead roles. The movie is a remake of the 2011 Hindi film Delhi Belly and revolves around three friends who get caught up in a series of comical misadventures. However, things take a hilarious turn when Manoj accidentally replaces the politician's laptop bag with a similar looking one that contains illegal drugs.

As the three friends try to deal with the consequences of their mistake, they get caught up in a series of events that escalate into a full-blown adventure. They cross paths with different characters, including a gangster, a cheating husband, a corrupt police officer, a transgender and a group of foreigners.

Meanwhile, Madhumitha suspects that Jayakanthan is cheating on her and her attempts to catch him in the act add to the already chaotic situation. The movie follows the trio as they try to clear their name, reunite with their loved ones, and save themselves from the dangerous situation they find themselves in.
