Watch A Month of Hungry Ghosts

The film takes place in an old disused estate in England. The estate is beautiful in its own way, with vines entering the house at different spots and cracked walls which let in slivers of light. The protagonist of the story is Ralph, who has been contracted to care for the estate and the adjacent grounds. Ralph begins in earnest cleaning up debris and dusting and bringing rooms into repair. He is alarmed however to discover that his efforts are being reversed while he sleeps, and he sets out to discover the culprit. He then appeases his opponents with meals.
