This is a comedy movie about a father trying to take care of his daughter. He has a house to rent out. He finds 5 college boys who claim they are good people. These boys are anything but good. When they find out who his daughter is, they begin harassing her. The landlord tries to get them to move, but they refuse. When it gets to be too much for him, he hires a local thug to get rid of them.
