Peter Lan, a seasoned gambler, returns from abroad to find his family destroyed by the unscrupulous Alfred Wong. Wong has cheated Peter's father out of his fortune and driven him to suicide. While Peter is tracking Wong, he befriends a fellow gambler, Barry Sung, working for Rex Hu. In a twist of events Hu and Wong are one and the same. The only person who can stop Peter is his new best friend!
