Anak

Anak is a family drama movie from Philippines. Josie is a young woman who decides to get a job abroad in order to support her family. She spends years working as a domestic helper and sends her hard earned money back home to her husband, children and her parents. While she works there, she is unaware that her employer is stealing her incoming and outgoing mail.

When she finally returns to Philippines, she finds out that her husband has died, and that a whole family feels extreme resentment against her. She now has nothing left to do but to continue fighting for her family and bring them all together.
