Baby on Board is a 2009 Thai comedy about a couple, Ek and his wife Sao, who are struggling to conceive a child. After several failed attempts with fertility treatments, they decide to leave their stressful jobs and take a much-needed vacation in Hua Hin. It is there that they meet a successful businessman named Sopol who seems to have it all - wealth, status, and a beautiful wife who is pregnant with their second child. Sopol takes a liking to Ek and Sao and invites them to a luxurious weekend getaway on his yacht.

As the group sets sail, Sao discovers that she is finally pregnant. The news spreads quickly, and everyone on board is overjoyed, except for Sopol's jealous and manipulative wife, Wanida. Wanida is desperate for attention and is envious of Sao's pregnancy. She devises a plan to fake her own pregnancy in order to one-up Sao and gain the attention and affection of her husband.

Meanwhile, Ek is struggling to provide for his growing family and is worried about his job security. He confides in Sopol, who offers him a position at his company. Ek accepts the job offer and begins to see Sopol as a mentor and friend.

As the weekend progresses, tensions rise between Sao and Wanida, and their petty arguments reach a boiling point. The group finds themselves stranded on a small island, and it is up to Ek and Sopol to save the day and get everyone back to safety.
