Ex-CIA agent Jon Cold has a new job. He's to break the brother of an arms dealer out of prison. After he succeeds in freeing the brother, Cold learns his clients plan to sell components to a nuclear bomb to a Chechen terrorist who wants to use it to destroy Los Angeles. Now Cold must team up with another CIA agent to keep the city from being atomized.
