Billy Ray Lansing is a former covert agent and Vietnam veteran. He has since turned to becoming a survivalist and has discovered that a foster program he has been using to help young girls in the country is actually using them for human trafficking and is turning them to sex slaves around the world. In order to correct this and to take vengeance on those who have double crossed him, Billy Ray leads a small team in over to find the girls and to shut down the operation once and for all. He wants to save all of the girls.
