This is a horror movie about a drug that has gone terribly wrong. A new drug, about to be released, has helped many with their drug addictions. It does this by stimulating the pleasure sensing part of the brain. Nirvana is a new drug that has been developed and tested. It will be used to help those who are addicts. There have been human trials, but one of them has gone terribly wrong. It turns out this new drug can activate dormant cells and make people mutate.

One of the mutations turns a human being into a monster. This monster survives by eating the brains of other people. Now it must be stopped.
