Cinderella

"The version children love!"

The film entitled Cinderella begins with a beautiful family which comprises a very rich young man, his wife and pretty daughter who all live happily in a very beautiful mansion. The man’s wife falls sick and dies suddenly as a result. He becomes a depressed widower living alone with his daughter. A few months after he decides to marry another woman who comes to the mansion with her two daughters who are very self centered and wicked like their mother.

The girls hate her because she is prettier than them. Whenever her father travels on a business trip they all maltreat her and force her to take drugs. They make her do difficult chores at home and even beat her up and leave her with no food to eat. They send her out of her room and ask her to go and sleep on a floor mat. They also seize all her clothes, give her rags to wear, pour ash on her entire body and make her serve them like a servant. They then decide to nick name her Cinderella.

One day, Cinderella discovers a Fairy in her kitchen and calls her Fairy Godmother who starts taking care of her. One day a party is announced in the Kingdom and the Prince requests all the maidens of the area to be in attendance because he wants to select his bride. The stepmother takes her daughters to shop for clothes and shoes to prepare for the party. She asks Cinderella to stay home and do some hard chores. Cinderella begs to go with them then she tells her she can only do so after completing her chores.

The fairy Godmother helps her with the task and after her stepmother and step sisters leave she gives Cinderella a beautiful gown and shoes to wear to the party. When the Prince sees her he falls in love with her but Cinderella runs away and mistakenly forgets one side of her shoe. The prince goes around in search of the owner of the shoe and when he finally meets Cinderella he marries her.
