This movie is set in the future where the earth has become bare and essentially a wasteland. There is pollution, no clear water, arid air, no greenery. Because of all this, humans no have to live underground to survive. In the underworld, a former bodyguard is hired after Juice becomes more like machine than a man. Juice eventually is killed off in some sting operation so then Danner is hired to help her get out of this world and go to New York. However the police track and follow them throughout their journey. The two continue to travel until they finally make it to NYC.
