On a small California farm, an unspoken attraction develops between two hired hands, Mike and Dan. Mike comes from a mid-western farming family, and he's content working on the farm for an absentee landlord. Mike, on the other hand, is more of a city boy, a drifter; and he only sees this farm work as temporary, a way of making some money in order to get him to the big city. Away from civilization, their life is idyllic; and it's clear that the affection between the two handsome young men is growing.
