Codename: Kids Next Door: Operation: Z.E.R.O. is an animated film based on the popular Cartoon Network series of the same name, which aired from 2002 to 2008. The movie was released in 2006 and features the voice talents of Dee Bradley Baker, Ben Diskin, and Cree Summer. The film begins with an elderly man who is revealed to be the father of one of the Kids Next Door operatives, Numbuh One. He is visited by his son and his fellow operatives, who have been brought together to celebrate the decommissioning of Numbuh Five. During the celebration, the Kids Next Door are suddenly attacked by an unknown enemy who steals their prized possession, the Book of KND.

The Book of KND is a powerful artifact that contains all of the organization's secrets, and its loss could mean the downfall of the Kids Next Door. In order to retrieve it, the operatives must travel back in time to the very beginning of the organization and learn about its founding.

Through a series of flashbacks, we see how the Kids Next Door was first formed as a rebellion against adult authority. The story revolves around two characters, Numbuh Zero and his arch-nemesis, Grandfather, who was once his best friend. Grandfather was once an operative in the Kids Next Door, but he became disillusioned with their cause and turned against them, forming his own organization of adults called the Senior Citizen's League.

As the Kids Next Door travel back in time and learn about the history of their organization, they form alliances with allies and face off against Grandfather's forces. Throughout the film, the audience is treated to wacky, over-the-top action sequences and gags that fans of the show will love.

The animation in the film is top-notch, with bright colors and dynamic character designs that capture the spirit of the show. The voice acting is also strong, with Dee Bradley Baker shining in particular as the voices of many of the show's iconic characters.

Overall, Codename: Kids Next Door: Operation: Z.E.R.O. is a fun and entertaining film that will appeal to fans of the show and newcomers alike. With a mix of silly humor and high-stakes action, it's a fitting tribute to one of Cartoon Network's most beloved animated series.
