Confined

Michael Peyton loves his wife Victoria. When she loses her job and begins to show the first signs of a possible mental breakdown he decided to take action to help her. He moves them out of the city and to the suburbs where life is simpler and things are less stressful and quieter. Soon, however, Victoria starts to think that there is something very strange about the new neighbor. While her husband thinks that this is just one more step in her losing touch with reality, she enters into a deadly game of cat and mouse that shows the true face of evil may be lurking around any corner, even in perfect suburbia.

Confined is a 2010 thriller with a runtime of 1 hour and 30 minutes. It has received poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.3.
