Margaret is a typical young woman who is waiting for the man that she loves to return. She believes that he will come back, but she comes across a box at a consignment shop and believes it will change her life for the better. She soon finds out that the box may not contain everything she hoped it would. It turns out that it holds some type of danger for her. Ever since she got the box, she has experienced various things that only a person with bad luck would experience. She begins to appreciate what she had before, but she may not be able to get back to that, unless she gets rid of the box.
