Watch Death Trance

Death Trance is a Japanese action fantasy story about a fearsome master swordsman named Grave searching for the ultimate battle. He is a very powerful samurai, stronger than any mortal and can not find a suitable match for battle. Grave hears of tales of a coffin in the Tougan Temple that is heavily guarded. Grave is desperate so this strikes his attention and he decides he’s going to steal the coffin. Only problem is it is not your ordinary coffin. This ancient coffin holds an immense amount of power and a mythical creature. Some say if the coffin is taken to a certain spot out in the dessert that it will grant any man any wish he pleases. Others say that the coffin contains the Goddess of Destruction. This Goddess was banished from heaven for trying to destroy the world. If the Goddess of Destruction is released from her coffin, she will bring about the Apocalypse. Grave knows it’s a fifty-fifty chance of the outcome, but he doesn’t care. He’s ready for anything that happens. Grave takes the coffin and heads across the country searching for a way to open the coffin and see if the Goddess was in fact inside, knowing she is the ultimate battle he seeks. Little does he know a young, powerful monk from the Tougan Temple was sent to follow him and bring the coffin back and will stop at nothing to see to it. However, the young monk is not the only one who is following Grave. Many other forces are in search of this coffin and the Goddess of Destruction. With a coffin containing such great power in the hands of a hungry samurai, a brawl erupts when the monk tries to stop Grave from opening the coffin. Grave thinks opening the coffin will be his ultimate challenge, but the monk is willing to risk his life to keep Grave from destroying to world.
