This is a movie that looks at the passenger and freight trains of the Rugby station. This station has recently been remodeled, and the movie begins when construction gets underway. You can see how mail is loaded on the trains as well as other items that will be delivered to areas of the country. There is also video of the inside of the passenger cars.
