Chuggy and Rugin are two dogs who fell victim to gentrification, forced to be stray dogs because their master was evicted from their apartment and abandoned them. What happens next is their adventure on the streets trying to find a new master so they can become house dogs again. Between the dog pound and the callous of the streets these two newly found stray dogs are running out of options.
