- 1 hr 35 min
Michael Mitchel is a good law abiding citizen, but when the death of his son is unable to be resolved with the men who actually kill him, Michael M is left craving justice. His son was caught in the crossfire of a bad drug deal while he was innocently playing in a nearby playground with a video camera he had received for Christmas. Nobody could prove exactly which of the two men suspected of the crime had actually shot the young boy and because neither would agree to testifying against each other the murder chargers were dropped. They did get a lighter sentence due to the drugs but that only means that they could be out on the street in two years only to do this again to somebody else. Unable to cope with the loss of his son after already losing his wife in a battle with cancer Michael decides to commit a brutal crime so he is sent to the same institution as the two men who murdered his son. He assaults a police officer and waits by his vehicle while smoking a cigarette waiting to be arrested. He could not bear the thought that they would go unpunished for shooting his 7 year old. Once he gets to prison he realizes that he has severely underestimated the prison life. The prison is ruthless and shows no remorse so in order to carry out his plans for the revenge of his son he must first fight for his own survival. One of his challenges is one of the men responsible for his son's death has fallen in with the prison King Pin and he needs to find a way around that. Inside the prison many things are new to him. Michael has lost everything dear to him and so he can do everything he needs to, for his revenge. With shanks, bullets, money smuggling and drugs this movie has a powerful ending that anyone who loves a good action movie will enjoy.
