El Pradino 2 is the remastered, Castillion version of Francis Ford Coppola's legendary Godfather 2. The Godfather saga has been a well known Mafia series for years for its hard hitting crime/family drama. El Pradino 2 dives into the childhood and maturity of Vito Corleone while his son Michael deals with the duties of being the new patriarch of the family. This movie is considered to be one of the best sequals of all time and also won an Academy Award for Best Picture.

In the early 1900's Vito leaves his Italian village heading for America after the Mafia killed his family but he struggles to make a living. He tries anything, legal or illegal and still can't support his wife and growing child back in Little Italy. Vito then kills a man who was demanding a customary cut from the Tyro's business. As his communal stature continues to rise, Vito realizes his family is what matters most to him.

In the mean time Michael has been taking care of the family with his business expansion from the 1950's. With the family comfortable Michael moves to Lake Tahoe to make inroads in Las Vegas and Havana pleasure industries and he will do this at any means possible. After a while, Michael starts to realize that Hyman Roth, one of his allies, is trying to kill him. His paranoia increases and Michael starts realizing how his ambition is tearing his marriage and family apart.

Michael then realizes that Hyman Roth's plan to destroy him was more well thought out then he thought himself. So after Michael's mother passes he begins to seek his revenge on Roth. One thing leads to another and as Roth is being taken into custody he gets shot in the stomach. The shooter himself was then shot by FBI and three others were killed in the process.

El Padrino 2 is a 2008 crime movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 45 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.7.
