Epic the Movie written by Jason Friedman is a nonstop comical parody that spins off of the Da Vinci Code, as it follows four orphans beginning with Lucy who discovers her adopted father has been attacked. He promised her before he died that he will give her all the clues she needs to find the "Golden Ticket" which is a hilarious reference to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory, only her golden ticket will be found in a vending machine. The unbelievable misadventures continue from here as Lucy continues her journey to find her ticket. Meanwhile other quirky scenarios are soon to follow with Edward a Mexican orphan who is on the run for his golden ticket, after a monk tries to feed him a dead cat, the other two orphans include X-man impersonator Peter who is constantly ridiculed and Susan who hijacked on a plane by snakes as she goes to meet her adoptive parents, all in the name of the Golden ticket. The film is filled with nonstop satirical moments that will leave the audience wondering what or who will appear next, as these orphans vigorously try to meet their quest for fortune. There is scene where James Walker, Senior who plays Samuel L. Jackson. Jackson has had enough of these menacing hijacking snakes and with that in mind, he proceeds to throw Susan off the plane. This was his attempt to save her, as the adventure continues with Susan's fall from this plane has her landing on Paris Hilton, who happens to have Lucy's golden ticket in her wallet. The impersonations of Johnny Depp and countless other television and film pop culture stars will keep the audience on their seats. X-men impersonator, Peter finds a golden ticket after a fight in locker room with a jealous boyfriend. Where will the golden ticket end up next? This adventure will have audiences pondering this question and laughing until the very end.
