Dom is a young man that is struggling to lose weight after his obiese cousin passes away at the age of 39. Reaching out to support groups and his family, he struggles with his battle. Soon after his journey begins, he meets a young woman named Lydia and soon falls in love. Dom goes to Lydia's one night to propose, but she is gone. Then he receives a call she is across country in a hospital where her brother fell ill. He flies across country to be with her. As they take a walk to the maternity ward, Dom proposes.
