Flight to Hong Kong is a 1956 drama. The story is about an American smuggler named Tony Dumont. He operates undercover as a importer-exporter. He travels on a plane carrying a shipment of diamonds to Hong Kong. On the plane he meets pretty young novelist Pamela Vincent. The two begin a flirtatious relationship. The airplane is high-jacked and the diamonds are stolen. Dumont is actually the mastermind behind the hijacking and robbery. He is smitten with Pamela, however, and ends up double crossing his gang to retrieve the diamonds. This is an engaging movie with a number of twists and turns that keep it interesting.
