Dr. Frankenstein is up to his old tricks again. He has a new experiment in mind that he wants to perform, and he has the assistance of a young doctor named Frank and his fiancee. Now all they need is to find a victim upon who they can perform a brain transplantation, and they think that they have found just the right person. Their plan is to kidnap him and do surgery on him by force, but will they succeed in this endeavor?
