Goodbye Pork Pie is a 1981 New Zealand movie. Kelly Johnson stars in the movie. It was shot on location in New Zealand for a minimal budget. It is part counterculture and part slapstick humor. The story takes place in the spring of 1978 in the town of Kaltaia. The protagonist of the film is a nineteen-year-old named Gerry Austin (Johnson). He meets a woman named Leslie and this sets the stage for a series of adventures around New Zealand. The film is full of twists, turns, surprises and beautiful scenery.
