- 1 hr 28 min
Hood of Horror is a horror film with comical undertones that was directed by Stacy Title. This movie stars Snoop Dogg, Ernie Hudson and Billy Dee Williams. The soundtrack from this movie also features Snoop Dogg, and it was distributed by Xenon Pictures. The movie starts out as an animated cartoon with Devon, a man who accidently caused his sister’s death. He agrees to sell his soul to a demon for her return, and after the deal is done, Devon becomes the Hound of Hell. He now has the power to reign over an inner-city neighborhood and, depending on the person’s actions, the Hound of Hell will determine whether they go to heaven or hell in the afterlife. It now switches out of animation as the Hound of Hell tells how he decided the fate in three situations. While trying to hide from gang members, a female tagger runs across a mysterious derelict. He gives her the power of choosing who should live and who should die. Any graffiti that she puts a cross through, the original tagger will die. She is given this power to stop the violence in the inner city, if she uses it right. A couple inherits a mansion, but there is a stipulation: they must live for a year with black Vietnam veterans that live at the mansion too. The only problem is that they are racist. Instead of learning to respect and tolerate others, the situation takes a wrong turn, and now there are casualties of this war. A new rapper has just achieved fame and fortune, and at an awards show he meets a mysterious woman. She has the ability to stop time, and she shows him video clips of his future. He watches a video of another rapper, from when he first met him to his last day of his life, when he was gunned down.
